When's the last time you read the full text of the I have a dream speech?
It had been a while for me. Roughly since high school history class. I remember thinking that it was boring at the time, but in today's politically hyper-polarized communities it strikes me as a thunderclap of integrity. One which is very sorely needed in our nation so full of anger, confusion, fear and mistrust.
August 28, 1963. I was 13 years away from being born.
